GMOM- Mini Sessions [Part 2]

Below are the "Sneak Peeks" for the remaining 4 of the 8 Greensboro Mothers of Multiples Mini-Sessions from last Saturday. I hate that some of the sessions were cut short b/c of the rain, and I hope we are able to have a "re-shoot" along with the rest of the GMOM sessions on June 19! Yes, that's right, I have 10 more sessions for this group the Saturday before Father's Day. Can you understand, now, why I love photographing children when I have the opportunity to give this gift of art to such amazing families?

GMOM Mini-Sessions [Part 1]

On Saturday, I had the privilege of photographing 8 different families who are members of the Greensboro Mothers of Multiples organization.  My great friend, Jenn, who is a member of this group helped me get this job and what an exciting opportunity!  We met at The Arboritum and through scattered rain showers, we were able to surprisingly accomplish most of the 10 scheduled mini-sessions.  It was such a fun experience, although I had to drive back home to Durham wearing wet clothes!  The children were so precious... here is a sneak peek for the first 4 families:

Busy Weekend- 2 Super Sessions!

Since we found out that Duke's graduation was this past weekend, my clients and I chose to stay away from the chaos of Duke Gardens and changed our location to the West Point on The Eno.
I had a session on Saturday evening photographing a family of four with the wife's parents.  We had many different photo combinations and I was so impressed with the way these kiddos behaved!  I don't believe I have ever had kids so willing to be photographed and eager to cooperate with whatever they were asked to do!  This makes my job so much fun!  :)

On Sunday afternoon, I photographed a Mommy-To-Be with her husband. The way her husband "doted" on her was so sweet. It reminds me of the way my husband used to pamper me before we had children- ha! The love between them just shines on each image. The weather was perfect and the rain held out until we got home! Praise God!

My Buddy- PB, 14 months

I have such a fun job! God continues to bless this growing business and I am already booked through June with some sessions already scheduled in July, August, and even November! I had the opportunity to photograph the little boy that I take care of 3 days a week. You might remember seeing pictures of him on here last summer when he was only wearing a diaper and laying on his back... now he is sitting and moving all over the place! I was able to get him to sit still for a few minutes so I could capture his sweet, and super fun personality and I have posted some of my favorite images above. The last two pictures show the incredible bond that has formed between my precious Lilly and her friend, "Clack Click"
